Graham has worked at Jaggard Macland for over 25 years.
Heading up our Property Management department, Graham oversees the team and is directly responsible for a portfolio of clients that ranges from private individuals to substantial property companies.
With his extensive knowledge of managing a wide variety of properties - including industrial estates, retail properties, multi let offices and a variety of residential investments – Graham places equal importance on addressing day-to-day management issues while keeping an eye on the bigger picture and undertaking longer term planning.
As a RICS Registered Valuer he regularly advises both lessees and freeholders on the formers’ right to acquire an extension to their leasehold interest.
Outside of work, Graham is a keen follower of Wycombe Wanderers football club and has been a loyal season ticket holder for many years. He also spends time walking with friends and family in the Alps, the Peak District and the Chilterns, where he lives with his wife and two daughters.
Simon first joined Jaggard Macland in the early 1990’s as a student whilst studying at Nottingham Trent University. After graduating he returned to Jaggard Macland to commence his training as a Chartered Surveyor. Simon is now a Partner at Jaggard Macland and now co-owns the company.
Simon specialises in providing advice to companies occupying leasehold property, especially in the office, educational and warehousing sectors. Simon is also an expert in commercial property investment acquisition, disposal and asset management. Simon assists property owners with transactional work, including investment agency and conditional contracts.
His clients include: BPP Professional Education, A2Dominion Housing Association, Saga Group and Moon Beever Solicitors. Simon worked on the site assembly project for the £250m redevelopment in central Maidenhead. In 2017 he completed the sale of land in Buntingford for over £4m on a subject to planning basis. He advises BPP Professional Education on their nationwide portfolio of offices/teaching centres, including leasehold acquisition of 23,000sq.ft in Croydon and 19,000sq.ft on St Mary Axe in London. Simon has provided A2 Dominion Housing Association acquisition and lease advice over many years, including their new head office at The Point in Paddington at a rent of over £1m per annum.
Simon has very high attention to detail and strong determination to get the deal done for the best possible outcome. He is a member of the RICS and holds a degree in Urban Estate Surveying.
Beyond work, Simon is a keen tennis player at Thame Tennis Club and a lifelong Blackpool FC supporter, which he inherited from his father and has now passed on to his son. Married with 2 children, weekends are about family time in Oxfordshire where they live.

Steven has worked in the property industry as a surveyor for the past thirteen years specialising in commercial property. Steven started his career at Jaggard Baker where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2010. Steven was then tempted by the bright lights of London to work for Deloitte in their Real Estate Business. Having quickly risen to Assistant Director, Steven returned to the Home Counties to continue working in commercial property and set up MacLand with Greg Rowland.
Steven is Partner at Jaggard Macland LLP, formed from a merger between Jaggard Baker and MacLand in November 2019.
Steven’s specialisms include, acquisitions, lease advisory services, asset management, lease breaks, dilapidations and valuations.
In his spare time Steven enjoys all forms of sport including football, tag rugby, skiing and wakeboarding.

Greg started his career in 2003 as a residential agent in Chorleywood before joining Christopher Rowland Estate Agents and the Savills LLP. Greg then moved to Jaggard Baker, in 2008, before joining Roy Rowland & Co in 2013. Greg then formed Macland with Steven Macdermott in 2015, further built his professional experience and local reputation.
Greg is a Partner at Jaggard Macland following the merger between Jaggard Baker and Macland Surveyors in November 2019.
Greg has a degree in Real Estate Management from London Kingston University and was elected as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2011.
Greg is Head of the Residential Property Department and specialises in the valuation of residential property, lease extension advice plus the acquisition and disposal of residential properties. In his spare time Greg plays, golf, ski’s, tries to play football and sadly is a Watford FC supporter and season ticket holder.
Bill has over 40 years of experience in the sale, letting and acquisition of commercial property both in the local area, the Thames Valley, the M40 Corridor and West London. Bill is an extremely experienced consultant who oversees our rapidly growing Agency Department. Over the past 10 years, he has advised on some of the largest commercial property sales and lettings in the local area. Bill also advises on the sale and acquisition of development sites and investments. Bill's other main focus is to actually get deals through the legal process.
His clients include local businesses and individuals, regional companies, high net worth individuals and multinationals. In addition to his commercial work, Bill also works closely with various residential developers acquiring sites and advising on the commercial element of the subsequent developments. Other clients include a number of local churches and charities.
Bill's interests include walking his Border Terrier (who he has to keep steering away from heated discussions with other dogs), supporting Manchester City Football Club (through ups and downs), gardening, military history, and training. He also has a strong aversion to political correctness in all its various forms.
Having graduated from The University of Brighton in 2008, Phil joined Buckinghamshire County Council. The role involved maintaining, improving and servicing various public buildings, ranging from large secondary schools, listed primary schools, residential properties and other public buildings.
Having become a Member of RICS, Phil made the switch to the private sector and joined Aitchison Raffety Ltd before joining Macland.
Phil is a specialist Building Surveyor capable of advising on both residential and commercial property. Phil is an expert in commercial and residential building surveys, dilapidations, schedules of condition, contract administration, project management, insurance re-build cost assessments and project monitoring for lenders.
Away from the office Phil spends his time playing golf and football and enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Mike joined Jaggard Macland in early 2013 having worked in property both man and boy, in organisations within the Public and Private sectors.
With over 25 years of activity in property, his career has been diverse, covering Agency, Landlord & Tenant work, Project and Facility Management and has experienced roles Client side and in private practice.
At Jaggard Macland, Mike has focused on Commercial Property Management and has developed a particular expertise for multi-let industrial estates.
Married, with no children, Mike enjoys an active social life and is a keen sports fan.
Janice joined Jaggard Macland in July 2016, having worked extensively in the field of property investment and asset management at both Scottish Amicable Investment Managers and Prudential (now M&G), a top 20 international real estate investment company
Following a career break to start a family, she joined a local Interior Design and fit-out Company as a consultant advising office and leisure clients on relocation, lease and planning matters.
At Jaggard Macland, Janice specialises in negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals for both landlords and tenants. These are two important times to consider during your lease.
- A rent review makes sure the commercial property is suited to the market.
- A lease renewal gives a Landlord an opportunity for a higher rent if appropriate in line with market conditions or increased security for a Tenant.
Janice’s role entails a rigorous approach to investigating rental levels to support valuations for these and the careful negotiation of terms between the parties to ensure clients' needs are met.
When not in the office, she is kept busy with her children and family life but manages to squeeze in time to run, cycle and socialise with friends.
Connor joined Jaggard Macland Commercial Property team from Harringtons Commercial Property Consultants in August 2021 where he expertly manages commercial property transactions through to completion.
Connor has worked in the property industry since 2015, starting his property career in a residential relocation company in Hertfordshire before turning to commercial property. He worked as a successful commercial agent for Harringtons Commercial Property Consultants based in Beaconsfield for five years prior to joining Jaggard Macland. Working as part of a small team, he successfully managed a vast array of acquisitions, lettings and sales of commercial property.
Connor’s hobbies include playing football and being a proud supporter of Manchester City F.C. He enjoys boxing, with more wins than losses in his amateur record. Connor enjoys traveling and trying the local cuisine on his trips abroad.
Chris graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London in 2005, before starting his career working as a Recruitment Consultant. His keen interest in property led him to move into an Estate Agency where he worked in residential sales for Connells for four years.
Chris joined Macland in 2018 as Property Manager assisting with the property portfolio that Macland managed for their clients. He then joined Jaggard Macland as part of the merger in November 2019.
Chris specialises in property management for property portfolios. He is training to be a Chartered Surveyor.
In his spare time Chris enjoys walking, cycling and spending time with family and friends.
Luke completed a BSc in Business Management from The University of Sussex before joining a large IT company as an analytics and data management consultant.
To pursue his keen interest in the property sector, Luke joined Macland in 2017 as a surveyor where he worked on professional instructions and management, focused on commercial property. Luke then joined Jaggard Macland as part of the merger in November 2019.
Luke specialises in professional services for commercial property.
Alongside his role at Jaggard Macland, Luke is currently enrolled in his second year at UCEM studying MSc Real Estate whilst working towards passing his Assessment of Professional Competency to become a member of RICS. When he isn’t studying, Luke enjoys a range of sports including football, skiing, clay shooting and running.
Jack joined Jaggard Macland in September 2019 having worked in the Residential Lettings Industry for multiple companies in the Middlesex area.
With over 12 years’ experience in property, Jack’s career has been diverse starting in residential sales, lettings and most recently heading up the housing department of the Canadian military here in the UK.
Jack specialises in Commercial Property Management working as an enthusiastic member of our team to diligently manage client's individual properties and multi-let industrial estates.
Married with one child, Jack is an avid Chelsea supporter and enjoys an active social life.
Natalie is a Gradate Surveyor starting out her career in Property and joined Jaggard Macland in March 2020. Natalie graduated from the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester after completing her first degree in Food Production and Supply Management BSc (hons) in 2018. Her interest in property then led her to swiftly enrolling and completing the Real Estate MSc (hons) also at Cirencester, which she completed in 2019. Natalie is now underway with her Assessment of Professional Competency with the goal of becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
Outside of the office Natalie enjoys a wide range of sports and hobbies including judo, skiing, mountain biking, running, playing piano, photography and loves to travel.

Roy has a degree in Estate Management from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh and was elected an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor (RICS) in 1982. Roy worked for a local estate agent as an associate partner in their professional department before setting up Roy Rowland & Co in 1986. He was elected a Fellow of the RICS (FRICS) in 1992. Roy became a consultant surveyor for Macland Surveyors in October 2018, and then for Jaggard Macland from November 2019.
Roy is a highly experienced consultant for Jaggard Macland, specialising in residential and commercial building surveying along with providing established clients property advice on a range of professional matters.
Outside work, Roy likes to travel, enjoying the occasional holiday and is a loyal supporter of Watford Football Club where he has been a season ticket holder for many years.
