I have worked in the property industry as a surveyor for the past eighteen years and specialise in commercial property. I started my career at Jaggard Baker where I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2010. I was then tempted by the bright lights of London to work for Deloitte in their Real Estate Business. Having quickly risen to Assistant Director, I returned to the Home Counties to continue working in commercial property and set up MacLand with Greg Rowland.
I am a Partner at Jaggard Macland LLP, which was formed from a merger between Jaggard Baker and MacLand in November 2019.
In my spare time I enjoy all forms of sport including football, tag rugby, skiing, wakesurfing and I've recently signed up for my first Hyrox event.

- Providing advice to clients across a range of asset classes including offices, warehousing, shops, dentists & nurseries
- Providing strategy reports to occupiers on their dilapidations liabilities for accounting purposes and also ways to mitigate any dilapidations liabilities using specialist Section 18 arguments
- Regularly providing valuations for inheritance tax purposes, capital gains tax planning and SIPP requirements
- Asset management advice to landlords to include rent reviews, lease renewals, lease regears and advice on the works required to put the property in the best position to be disposed of to maximise value
- Proactive property management to mitigate any large expenditure and maximising income
- Knowledge of the local commercial property market
