Balendra Niranchan

Having graduated from Sri Lanka in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, (Spl Agri Business Management), Balendra started his career in marketing in Sri Lanka before moving to London in 2004. Balendra completed his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in London and started his career in Estate Agency in 2007. Having gathered experience in property sales and lettings, Balendra become self-employed, for over 10 years in property sector.
With a passion to become a Building Surveyor, Balendra joined SAVA School of Surveying in London and became a member of RICS in 2021. Balendra joined Jaggard MacLand as a Building Surveyor in 2021.
Balendra does mostly Level 2 Building Surveys and Residential Property Valuations, by working closely with his peers Greg Rowland MRICS and Phil Pearcey MRICS.
Away from the office Balendra spends his time with his family and enjoys travelling and reading.
