Phil qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1973 after training in the District Valuer’s office in Westminster. He joined Stimpson, Lock & Vince in Watford before moving to High Wycombe to run the commercial department. As the firm grew, he became Head of Thames Valley, overseeing offices in Wycombe, Oxford, Reading and Slough.
He led a management buyout and then became Managing Director of a property company, before starting up his own consultancy advising commercial landlords.
He joined Jaggard Macland at the start of 2024 as a consultant and brought most of his clients with him.
He enjoys cycling, music and walking and is a keen football fan, mostly now on TV.
