Riverside Industrial Estate is a prominent purpose-built multi-let industrial estate in Rugeley comprising 50,000 sq. ft. of quality accommodation across 24 units.
Our professional team advised the owners of the property for over fifteen years, we:
• Significantly improved both the occupational level and tenant profile
• Doubled the rental income
• Took the property from the ‘old school’ fifteen-year leases of forty plus pages, to simplistic easy leases, twelve pages, on flexible terms, before this became the norm
In 2021, we advised that if the client wished to dispose of the site then this was the opportune moment with industrial yields at an all-time high. It is always a shame to sell a property that has been worked on for so long but we are proud of our efforts throughout the years and very pleased with the great sale for our client.
