Acting jointly with KLM Real Estate - on behalf of the private landlord – we identified new tenants following the administration of Smallbone of Devices.

Schmidt proposed an amazing transformation of the property but only required the ground floor so we helped the client split the upper parts, which will now be converted into flats.
As the transaction was not straightforward, we took great care to ensure of ALL the terms for the conversion of the property and the lease agreement were agreed with Schmidt. We then carefully briefed the solicitors on an Agreement for Lease to secure Schmidt after the building works were completed.
Working jointly with Emily Halley at B P Collins LLP, the legal documents were quickly agreed and the works commenced under the project management of IWG Partnership Limited. When the works were finished, the Schmidt lease was completed to allow them to commence their fit-out and provide our clients with a valuable commercial property investment.
The new kitchen showroom offers a complete range of kitchen, bathroom, living room, and wardrobe solutions. They have endless options of styles, finishes, and 60-years of experience as a kitchen maker.
