Jaggard Macland Supports Radio Christmas

The trees are decorated, the presents are wrapped, the lights are twinkling and the bells are jingling! Yep, it’s Christmas.

At Jaggard Macland, this year we are supporting a charity that is very close to our hearts. Based in Amersham, Street Kids Direct helps vulnerable children globally who are living on the streets. The charity partners with local organisations and guarantees that 100% of the funds raised goes directly to the strategic partner projects.

Partner Greg Rowland first became aware of Street Kids Direct through his father-in-law who is very involved in one of the charity’s main fundraising initiatives: Radio Christmas.

Radio Christmas is the No.1 Festive Charity Radio Station broadcasting a fantastic variety of music and shows throughout the month of December, leading up to Christmas Day. The station is run entirely by volunteers from the local community around Amersham and features a huge variety of guest hosts and show from Amersham and the surrounding areas. The first ever Radio Christmas launched in 2008 and has broadcast alternately from Amersham and Guatemala City ever since.
