New Appointment to Our Property Management Team

We are delighted to announce the newest addition to our team, Kirstie Cloke, who has recently joined us as a surveyor. Kirstie brings with her over 11 years’ experience within Property Management. Jaggard Macland Partner, Greg Rowland, says: “The appointment of Kirstie underlines our commitment to commercial property management. Kirstie brings with her exceptional experience as well as integrity and positivity. We’re delighted to have her on board.”

Kirstie has a wealth of expertise within the industry and was overseeing a large portfolio of over 50 properties in her most recent role. The sheer number of tenants and landlords she was dealing with meant she honed her problem solving and multi-tasking skills! She has a background in property and it was a weekend job in an estate agents that first introduced her to the industry. She has also worked in both Health and Safety and Facilities Management so understands the full breadth of the property management industry and all its opportunities and challenges.

Jaggard Macland is committed to providing a quality service to our clients and Kirstie is excited about this. As she explains, “Jaggard Macland look at the long-term for their clients, they have a variety of properties and I am looking forward to providing the best quality service I can.”

Kirstie has always learnt on the job, rather than undertaking formal qualifications, but she is considering her options. We’re always supportive of team members looking to further their study so this might be a possibility.

Outside of work, Kirstie is a member of a running club and gym, and she loves to read. She lives locally with her family. Welcome to the team Kirstie.
