Jaggard Macland are pleased to have assisted Quantuma with their recent office acquisition in Maidenhead.

In 2020, Quantuma negotiated a surrender of their lease in Station Road, Marlow and wished to relocate to Maidenhead. The end of the lease coincided with the global COVID-19 pandemic and forced Quantuma to re-examine their office needs. From an assessment of their working practices they realised their staff were able to work effectively from home and so a revised more agile office strategy was developed and successfully implemented.

Agile office strategy highlights:

• Lease a high quality Grade A office suite, but with less space for different teams to use on alternative dates and for meetings.

• Seek a well-located building in central Maidenhead with good access to parking for staff and clients.

• Agree lease terms that allowed some early flexibility in case further lockdown restrictions occurred.

• Secure the landlords' consent to the extensive fitting out of the office simultaneously with the lease being completed to ensure the office would be delivered on time.

Jaggard Macland identified a suitable suite at 15 Forlease Road and agreed favourable terms with the landlords agents. Working jointly with IBB Solicitors, the finer details of the draft documents were agreed and the property secured.

“Jaggard Macland provided an excellent service from start to finish. Simon has many years of experience in the property market, truly understood our needs and offers an individual service based on customer care and attention to detail,” commented Frank Wessely, Managing Director, Quantuma Advisory Limited.
