Commercial Property Graduate Vacancy

Role
We are looking for a graduate to join our enthusiastic team to assist the partners in a wide variety of commercial property matters from management, landlord & tenant, valuation, acquisitions, asset management and strategic advice.
Unlike most graduate schemes you will be given significant responsibility and access to clients from day 1 and also unlike large firms graduate schemes you will not be rotated through 3-4 disciplines you will have hands on experience of a variety of roles immediately.
Our Graduate role is open to both graduate and undergraduate applicants, from all backgrounds and with degrees from all disciplines. If you haven't previously studied a property related degree, we will support you through a part-time RICS accredited Masters (MSc) course.
You will be working directly with all partners on a day to day basis and your workload will include the following:
Research, analyse and present a range of property data.
Inspect, measure and value a range of property types across the UK.
Attend client meetings, contribute to pitches and presentations, and provide written advice for clients.
The Candidate

Strong track record of academic and personal achievement
Self-motivated and proactive
Superior interpersonal, communication, marketing, sales and organisational skills
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Eye for detail
Ability to manage own workload
Motivated and committed to a career within surveying
Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Valid driver’s license and car
Positive attitude

We can provide a strong track record of successful APC candidates. One of the Partners is an APC assessor so you will be provided with good training and development in the lead up to your APC.
