Our client – e.surv - required assistance with rapidly finding a new Head Office when another property transaction failed.

The Solution

  • Jaggard Macland Partner Simon Harper acted as lead surveyor, assisting with the search and acquisition of a new Head Office with c7,000 sq ft at Orion Park, Kettering, for e.surv.
  • Simon quickly understood the clients requirements and initiated a thorough search in order to find suitable properties.
  • Comprehensive terms were agreed with Jaggard Macland then assisting e.survs solicitors through the entire due diligence process including the draft legal documents.
  • Working seamlessly as a team, Simon Harper from Jaggard Macland acted on behalf e.surv to search for the property with @Jonathon Grove from CS2 preparing a detailed schedule of condition. Will Beresford, MRICS from Fortus Business Advisors & Accountants acted for the existing occupier to dispose of their lease.
