We are pleased to announce that the 4 units at The Parade in Farnham Common sold to a single purchaser prior to the auction. The purchase price paid was substantially above the combined guide prices.

How did we optimise the sale price? The properties were made available as four individual lots but with the market knowledge that a single purchaser would come forward and wish to secure all of the units. By offering each unit as an individual lot in the auction, the purchaser had to agree a combined sale prior and this allowed our clients to achieve a sale at a very attractive level and within a short timescale.
