Following TSB vacating a property in Amersham, the team at Jaggard Macland were happy to supply a range of professional property services to the landlord to secure this great new tenant, KFC.

KFC opened its doors on the 19th May 2022, after a complete transformation of the unit that used to house TSB.
When TSB vacated the property, Jaggard Macland supplied a variety of professional property services to the landlord to secure a fantastic new tenant. Our property team marketed the property, secured and agreed terms with KFC as the new tenant and then finally took on the role of project managers for landlord works that were required prior to KFC’s occupation.
Since opening KFC has proved to be very popular in the area amongst locals.
