We’re delighted to congratulate Carrie Collinson on successfully completing her Master’s degree in Commercial Real Estate with the University College of Estate Management. This is a fantastic achievement that recognises her dedication and commitment to expanding her professional knowledge.

Carrie joined Jaggard Macland in 2018 and is part of our Commercial Property team, assisting both landlords and tenants with lease renewals, rent reviews, valuations, and acquisitions. After several years of on-the-job experience, Carrie made the decision to formalise her expertise through academic study - a challenge she’s embraced alongside her busy professional role.

Carrie said: “Studying for my MSc while continuing to work has been demanding, but it’s been incredibly rewarding to see how the course has enhanced my practical understanding of commercial property. I’m really grateful for the support of the team at Jaggard Macland throughout the process.”

We’re equally thrilled to celebrate Balendra, who has recently achieved Chartered status (MRICS). This major professional milestone reflects years of hard work and determination from Balendra.

Balendra joined Jaggard Macland in 2021 as part of our Building Surveying team, carrying out Level 2 Building Surveys and Residential Property Valuations. His achievement as a Chartered Surveyor is testament to his dedication to the profession and his drive for continual growth.

“Becoming a Chartered Surveyor has been a long-term goal,” said Balendra. “The process was challenging, but the experience and mentoring I’ve had here made all the difference.”

At Jaggard Macland, we’re proud to foster an environment that supports career progression, professional learning, and continuous development. Whether through formal study, RICS accreditation, or hands-on mentoring, we actively encourage our team to pursue their goals and reach new heights in their careers.

Congratulations again to Carrie and Balendra on these well-deserved achievements.
