Matt Clarke
Matt joined Jaggard Macland in 2025 as a Director in our Property Management team.
He brings with him extensive experience managing a wide variety of properties, from multi-let offices, industrial estates and retail premises through to more unusual assets including airport hangars, private jet terminals, oil refineries and fuel distribution pipelines.
Matt takes a very hands-on approach, balancing the day-to-day management of his portfolios with the longer-term strategic planning that drives strong asset performance. He also undertakes acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews and lease renewals, and particularly enjoys portfolios that require more intensive and detailed management.
A Chartered Surveyor, Matt is also an RICS Assessor for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). He is passionate about supporting the next generation of surveyors and plays an active role in training and mentoring future professionals.
Outside of work, Matt is a keen follower of Wycombe Wanderers and uses his skills and expertise as at his local Primary School as a Parent Governor. He also enjoys golf, travel and spending time with his wife and three children.
