Summer Socials for Jaggard Macland
Developing a strong and cohesive team is central to how we work at Jaggard Macland. Communication is key, but we also put an emphasis on having fun and making sure our office is a nice place to work.
We've had two summer social events recently that gave us the opportunity to relax and have a laugh.
The Jaggard Macland Masters (!) took place in August at Wycombe Heights Golf Centre. Golfers and non-golfers were mixed into teams of three or four, and we headed to the par 3 course where we competed in a Texas Scramble.
The winners were Simon Harper, Mike Shears, Kirstie Cloke and Chris Mockett ... but of course it wasn't the winning but rather the taking part that counted!
Back in July, we travelled a little further afield for a wine tasting. It was like stepping out of the world for a little while as Denbies Wine Estate is located in the heart of the lovely Surrey Hills. We were incredibly lucky to visit on one of the few glorious days we've had so far this summer!
Needless to say, our team took the wine-tasting very seriously! We also had a delicious lunch.
Team days like these are always great fun and contribute significantly to building team morale.
