Snagging survey extremely useful in new build property in Gerrards Cross.

Jaggard Macland were recently appointed by a private client to undertake a snagging survey of a fantastic new build property - a seven bedroom, 10,000 sq/ft Arts and Crafts style property - on one of Gerrards Cross's premier roads.

Jaggard Macland provided a professional snagging survey, designed to check for problems with a new-build home from minor issues, such as a door that doesn't close properly or a worktop with a dodgy finish, to more serious structural problems.

The snagging survey proved extremely useful and enabled the client to fully understand the faults and defects of their home. These were then reported to the property developer who returned to the site to complete the works prior to occupation.
