Adam originally joined us in 2013 after graduating from the University of Greenwich. During his eight years with the firm, he built extensive experience across both commercial and residential property management and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.

In 2021, Adam moved to Colliers, working within their Investment Property Management team across Uxbridge and London’s West End. There, he gained valuable experience managing a wide-ranging UK property portfolio on behalf of high-net-worth individuals, overseas investors and institutional pension funds.

Extensive Property Management Experience

Now returning to Jaggard Macland in 2026, Adam brings with him a broad depth of expertise alongside a strong understanding of the firm, its clients and its values.

His appointment comes at an important and exciting time for the business.

Following the recent retirement announcement of long-serving Partner, Graham Atkinson, after more than 40 years with the firm, Adam’s arrival represents an important step in the continued evolution of the Property Management team.

Graham built an outstanding reputation for professionalism, client care and attention to detail over several decades, mentoring many of the surveyors who now lead the business. Adam’s return reflects Jaggard Macland’s continued commitment to investing in experienced people who can build on those strong foundations while helping drive the business forward.

Upgrade in Property Management Systems

The department has also recently undergone a major upgrade in its property management systems, with the successful implementation of a new software platform across the team.

The investment in technology has already improved reporting, compliance tracking, maintenance planning and day-to-day communication across managed portfolios. Importantly, it allows the team to spend less time on administration and more time delivering proactive advice and support to clients.

Growing Residential and Commercial Property Portfolios

Adam will play a key role in continuing to develop the firm’s commercial property management services as the portfolio grows across Buckinghamshire and beyond.

Commenting on his return, Adam said:

“It’s great to be back at Jaggard Macland at such a positive time for the business. The firm has always had a strong reputation for client relationships and practical, professional advice, and I’m looking forward to helping continue that as the Property Management team grows further.”

Partner Steve Macdermott added:

“Adam knows the business well and already has strong relationships with many of our clients and team members. His experience, particularly from working on larger investment portfolios over the past few years, will be hugely valuable as we continue to expand our Property Management offering.”

A Strong Team at Jaggard Macland

Today, the Property Management team manages a wide range of commercial and residential portfolios, acting for private investors, property companies and institutional clients across offices, industrial estates, retail premises and mixed-use developments.

With experienced people, improved systems and continued investment in the future of the department, the team is stronger than ever.
